1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using StorySpell, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

3. Standard EULA

StorySpell is licensed to you under the terms of the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this app, you agree to the Apple Standard EULA.

4. User Generated Content

You own the stories you create. However, by using our AI generation features, you grant StorySpell a license to process your inputs to generate the content. You agree not to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.

5. Disclaimer

The app and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the stories generated will be suitable for all audiences, although we implement safety filters.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
